Nir Shtolzberg is one of Andersen Tax’s Commercial Practice leaders within Southern California. He has over 20 years of experience advising companies on a broad variety of business and tax matters, including:
- Credits & incentives;
- IP tax planning;
- Accounting methods;
- IRS Controversy;
- Corporate tax planning and consultation; and
- Income tax provisions and analysis of uncertain tax positions.
Nir frequently speaks at Financial Executive Institutes, Tax Executive Institutes, law schools, universities, and other public symposiums. Nir is also an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School (Loyola Marymount University) in Los Angeles.
Before joining Andersen Tax, Nir was one of EY’s Business Tax Service / QS leaders advising large and mid-market size companies throughout Southern California. Prior to EY, Nir was with PwC providing federal and international tax advisory services to a variety of trade and businesses primarily located in northern and southern California.
Nir has a diverse tax technical background that includes knowledge on a variety of federal and international tax matters that spans across different industries. He has advised many large and mid-market size companies within industries ranging from utilities, manufacturing, media & entertainment, software, high/bio technology, to aerospace and defense.
