Wylie Speaking at the 2018 Gould School of Law USC Tax Institute

The USC Gould School of Law is an elite law school committed to academic excellence. Part of their success is due to world-class faculty, a close-knit and diverse student body, a well-situated campus, an interdisciplinary curriculum and a supportive alumni network. The law school boasts a supportive and tight-knit alumni population of more than 10,000 professionals around the globe.

Each year, USC Gould hosts a tax institute that addresses cutting-edge tax issues affecting corporations, privately held companies, partnerships and real estate, individuals, tax ethics, enforcement and compliance, and estate planning. This three-day institute features popular updates on current developments, afternoon breakouts sessions, intimate evening workshops and three networking receptions.

The USC Tax Institute will take place January 29-31, 2018 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Timothy Wylie, Andersen Managing Director, will be one of the panelists at the session on Estate Tax Deductions, Section 2053 and Beyond. In this session, the panelists will share their experiences and collective words of wisdom regarding the requisite considerations for all tax advisors during these uncertain “tax” times.

Timothy Wylie is a member of the Andersen Private Client Services practice and works with wealthy families and their related businesses, trusts, private foundations and other entities. Tim assists individuals and multi-generational family groups with income, estate and gift tax planning and compliance, wealth transfer and business succession planning, and charitable giving strategies and structures.
