DeVoe Presenting at 2nd Annual Future Tax Leaders National Conference

Future Tax Leaders is a volunteer organization that helps to advance the leadership and technical skills of all tax professionals. This organization helps to foster relationships and connect peers and leaders in the business community through various programs. These programs include mentorships, internships, training, social and networking events.

Future Tax Leaders is hosting their second annual national conference on November 27-28, 2017 in Denver, Colorado at the Space Gallery. Chris DeVoe, Andersen Managing Director, will be presenting on the topic of “ASC 740 Complexities.” This presentation will cover a wide range of smaller topics including combinations, non-controlling interests, M&A, IPOs and currency.

Chris DeVoe has over 14 years of tax experience, in both public and private practice. He specializes in providing ASC 740 and tax operations services, with a focus on assisting clients in implementing global best in class processes. In addition, he has extensive experience in all areas of the tax life cycle, including journal entry preparation and quarter close procedures through the filing of Federal and State corporate tax returns and the subsequent return to provision analyses.
