Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain welcomes José Miguel Soriano as a Partner in the Department of Procedural Law, Bankruptcy and Arbitration in the Madrid office.

With a Bachelor in Law from the University of Córdoba, José Miguel began his professional career at Garrigues and continued at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, where he has been a Partner in the area of procedural and insolvency law. 

José Miguel specializes in procedural law and insolvency law, both as a lawyer for insolvent companies, creditors and as an Insolvency Administrator. He has extensive experience in judicial and arbitration proceedings, in which he has advised large companies in the banking, technology and construction sectors, amongst others.
He also has a great trajectory in litigations derived from the commission of crimes and has participated in numerous matters of public nature and negotiation with the Administration.
