Aaron Hawthorne to Co-host Webinar on Estate Planning for U.S.-Mexican Cross-Border Clients

Strafford is holding a live webinar on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 1:00pm-2:30pm EST. Aaron Hawthorne, Andersen Managing Director, is co-hosting the webinar, on the topic of “U.S.-Mexican Tax and Estate Planning for Cross-Border Clients.” The webinar will provide estate planners with a complete guide to estate planning tax opportunities and challenges for clients with locations in both the U.S. and Mexico. The webinar will also include a discussion on U.S. tax law and treaty provisions that govern tax and fiduciary rules in both Mexico and the U.S.
Aaron Hawthorne has over 19 years of experience advising families on tax and related matters. His primary areas of expertise include advising domestic and multinational families on wealth planning and cross-border compliance and planning. Aaron works closely with families in order to help identify their goals and their guidelines with particular assets. In addition, he focuses on planning and compliance for non-U.S. individuals from pre-immigration through preparing for expatriation. Aaron advises on managing the myriad of complexities arising when crossing international borders.
