Nir Shtolzberg is a respected leader within Andersen’s Los Angeles Commercial Practice. With more than two decades of experience, he provides business and tax-related guidance to companies across various industries such as utilities, manufacturing, media and entertainment, software, biotechnology, aerospace, and defense. His areas of focus include:

In addition to his professional commitments, Nir served as an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Before joining Andersen, Nir held key roles at EY, where he led the West Region Quantitative Services division and spearheaded the Southern California R&D Credit initiative. During this period, he provided strategic advice to large and mid-market companies. Before his tenure at EY, Nir was with PwC, where he provided comprehensive federal and international tax advisory services to a diverse range of companies.
