Dorice Pepin has over 30 years of experience advising clients in many areas of state and local taxation, including:

•     Franchise taxes
•     Sales/use taxes
•     Gross receipts taxes
•     Tax credits and incentives

Dorice helps companies with planning for the effects of business acquisitions, reorganizations, tax examinations and changes in state and local tax laws on multistate and multinational business operations. She has served retailing, manufacturing and financial services companies in planning for the unique implications of multistate income and sales/use tax provisions on business activities.

Before joining Andersen, Dorice was a founding member of True Partners and a Tax Partner at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, where she led the Chicago Multistate Tax Practice. She also led the firmwide Multistate Strategic Client Relationship Program at Deloitte.

As an adjunct professor in the Masters of Taxation program at Northern Illinois University, Dorice teaches state and local taxation. She is also a frequent speaker to industry and professional groups on state and local tax matters.
