Marc Lim, the Office Managing Director for Northern California, including the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices, has over 25 years of experience advising multinational and financial services clients on U.S. and international tax matters and has been based both in Silicon Valley and Tokyo, Japan. He has led client engagement teams providing tax compliance and advisory services to multinational public companies as well as large-scale private businesses and their owners. Marc advises on a multitude of tax areas, including:

• Tax issues associated with the introduction of new business models, supply chain optimization, and other internal business reorganizations

Before joining Andersen, Marc was a tax partner at PwC and most recently was based in Japan, advising a global base of clients on U.S. and Japanese tax issues.

Over his career, Marc has spent significant time with clients in e-commerce, software, and other high-tech industries, as well as with cross-border M&A structuring and diligence.
