Hirschfeld Co-Presenting at NY TEI Tax Symposium

Tax Executives Institute (TEI) is the preeminent association of in-house tax professionals worldwide. Members are business executives who are responsible for taxation matters on an administrative or policy-making level, or whose work is otherwise primarily concerned with the challenges of business taxation. TEI members are accountants, lawyers, and other corporate and business employees who are responsible for the tax affairs of their employers in an executive, administrative, or managerial capacity.

The New York TEI Chapter’s 54th Tax Symposium takes place on December 13, 2017 in New York, NY at the Sheraton Times Square Hotel. Michael Hirschfeld, Andersen Managing Director, will be co-presenting on the topic of “The New Partnership Audit Rules and What Do They Mean for States.” His presentation will be part of the afternoon session of the symposium.

Michael Hirschfeld is a Managing Director in the firm's US National Tax office, where he focuses on international, partnership, corporate and real estate tax planning and compliance. Michael has over 40 years of experience with tax issues that affect partnerships/LLCs, REITs, cross-border investing, real estate acquisition, finance and investment, private equity, distressed debt, mergers and acquisitions, pharmaceutical, energy, and clean technology clients.
