The Interstate Tax Corporation (ITC) is an organization dedicated to training and updating state tax practitioners on how to properly navigate the interstate tax system. The ITC is hosting their Sales & Use Tax Planning conference series on three different dates and locations. Andersen Managing Director, Ray Freda, will be a speaker at all three conferences. Ray Freda has over 19 years of experience in state and local tax and advising clients with respect to income/franchise, capital, gross receipts, sales and use, property, employment and other state industry specific excise taxes. In addition, he has extensive transactional experience including sell side tax planning and EBITDA enhancement, due diligence, state tax structuring, transfer tax analysis and remediation and post-acquisition integration and planning.
