Andersen Welcomes Managing Director, Nir Shtolzberg

Andersen announces the addition of Nir Shtolzberg as a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office. Nir has over 20 years of experience in tax and will be focusing on providing market leadership while helping deliver corporate tax services to corporations. He will be part of the firm’s Commercial Practice group.

Before joining Andersen, Nir spent 17 years with EY where he was on the EY Business Tax Services QS West leadership team, led the EY Southern California R&D Credit Services team, and was also one of EY’s Counseling Family Leaders in Los Angeles. Prior to his tenure with EY, Nir worked at PwC in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Nir received a business degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of Ottawa (Canada), School of Business Administration, and a law degree from Oxford University School of Law (United Kingdom).  He is also an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles teaching about taxation.
