She also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions tax matters including pre-sale planning, tax structuring, and tax due diligence on both the buy and sell side.
Her diverse client base includes renewable energy, retail, wholesale, service based, government contracting, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, software, technology, and telecommunications industries.
