Kurt Brune has over 36 years of experience advising ultra-high net worth families on the tax issues affecting their businesses and investments. His clients include family offices, investors, entrepreneurs, founders of closely-held businesses and public companies, trusts and private foundations. Kurt’s practice emphasizes comprehensive tax planning for multi-generational families to assist them in achieving their wealth preservation and philanthropic goals.

Before joining Andersen, Kurt was a Partner in the Los Angeles Private Client Services Practice at Arthur Andersen. At Arthur Andersen he led the firm’s Private Foundation Services Practice for Southern California and was a member of the firm’s Center for Family Business. Kurt was a Senior Manager in PwC’s Los Angeles Tax Practice before joining Arthur Andersen.

Kurt has been a speaker at conferences sponsored by University of Southern California Tax Institute, American Institute of CPAs, California Society of CPAs, American Bar Association and other organizations.
