Dean Feria has over 20 years of experience in providing valuation services to corporate enterprises, high net worth individuals and private equity funds. He participates in valuation engagements for financial statement reporting, tax planning and compliance, litigation, mergers, strategic planning and restructuring.

His experience includes the valuation of business enterprises, investment holding companies, intangible assets and derivatives. Dean has served clients throughout the world in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturers, retailers, private equity firms, financial institutions, real estate developers, telecommunications providers, transportation companies and pharmaceutical companies. He also serves as a subject matter expert in litigation matters involving financial and valuation issues.

Before joining Andersen, Dean led the Florida Valuation Practice for Deloitte. Before that he was a Director in the Valuation Services Practice of Arthur Andersen.

Dean holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuations (CEIV), and the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designations. He is a speaker on valuation issues and has presented to the University of Florida, the Palm Beach Estate Planning Council and the Greater Miami Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers. He has also presented on valuation issues at several Bloomberg BNA continuing education seminars.
