Students

Entry Level Positions

As an Associate, you are exposed to a wide variety of projects and industries that allow you to stand out and make a difference. As a result of our favorable Managing Director to Associate ratio, you receive significant, active mentoring from senior professionals who are invested in your development and advancement. We foster an environment based on learning that allows our employees to grow through hands-on work experience, participate in local office and national training programs, and build strong mentoring relationships. Through our sustained expansion and best-in-class service, we offer substantial long-term career opportunities as well as the tools you need to become an emerging leader.

Internships

At Andersen Tax, we offer rewarding internship opportunities for outstanding and ambitious students. Interns serve as members of client service teams and are staffed on engagements similar to Associates. Interns receive formal and on-the-job training to develop technical skills and business acumen. Work hours are flexible and are coordinated with school schedules. Internships require a minimum of 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer. Summer internships typically run eight weeks, and vary by location and business needs.

As an Andersen Tax intern, you may have the opportunity to participate in our premiere, four-day team building and knowledge enhancement event, InternConnect. During this event, interns across all of our U.S. offices gather for a chance to meet and learn from our top leaders, participate in interactive sessions, and network with one another. InternConnect is a fantastic opportunity for students to be exposed to our one-of-a-kind culture!

Recruitment Process

At Andersen Tax, we hire intelligent, passionate, and motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our organization. Our recruitment process is an important component of creating the Andersen Tax culture. We dedicate considerable resources to finding the most talented professionals; individuals who are high achievers and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where their input is appreciated and rewarded. Entry Level Associate and Intern positions are available in offices across the United States. We hire a significant number of our Associates and Interns at the many universities and colleges listed in our Campus Recruiting Calendar.

If you are currently enrolled at one of the schools where we recruit, we encourage you to visit the career services center to inquire about an on campus interview.
