Does Andersen Tax have a mentor program?
Both Interns and Associates are assigned a Buddy and a Mentor to help navigate their way at Andersen Tax. A Buddy is assigned to all incoming professionals and serves as a resource for every day questions and general guidance. Mentors play a key role in setting professional goals, helping their mentee understand the performance management process, and working with their mentee to create a comprehensive professional development plan.
Does Andersen Tax assist with student loans?
The Student Loan Paydown Plan is offered through Gradifi and helps employees pay down up to an additional $12,000 of student loan debt. Eligible employees will receive $100/month towards their student loan for 5 years with a $6,000 trailer at the end of the 5 years. All regular employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for this benefit, beginning the first day of the month following the date of hire.

At Andersen Tax, we encourage employees to pass the CPA Exam as soon as possible. The firm assists in this process by offering exam preparation materials through Becker CPA Review, expense reimbursement for exam fees, and a cash bonus award for those who pass the CPA Exam within the first two years of employment.
