Recruitment Process

Taking the next step in your career is exciting and we intend to make the recruiting process with Andersen as smooth as possible. We aim for a streamlined process, and will keep you informed of your application status at each stage.

Resume Submission

  • Current hiring needs are posted on our job board and interested candidates can submit their resume by applying online.

  • Create a profile and secure log-in using a pre-existing Facebook, Google+, or LinkedIn Account. Alternatively, you can create an online profile using your resume.

  • Edit your account information at any time by logging in and selecting “update your profile.”

  • Your profile will allow you to apply for a specific position or to multiple open positions.

  • If you have previously applied for a position at Andersen and would like to apply to another position, your account will allow for that as well.

  • Once your resume is submitted, it will be reviewed by a member of our recruiting team. This person may reach out to discuss your experience and provide more information about the position.

Interview Process

Based on the initial conversation with our recruiting team, we may schedule a time for you to visit the office and meet with several professionals. This visit will give you an opportunity to gain insight on the team, the firm, the office culture, and the position to which you applied.

Receiving an Offer

After your interview in the office, we will collect feedback from your interviewers and determine whether or not to extend an offer. A member of the recruiting team or a Managing Director will call to discuss the details of the offer.

Joining Andersen

Once you return your signed offer letter to the firm, a member of the local office Human Resources team will discuss the onboarding process and what to expect on your first day as an Andersen employee!
